Our portable Sauna set up includes a wood fired sauna stove with rocks, giving you the real steam sauna heat and feel. With 2 benches to fit up to 6 people max.
Chill
Take advantage of hot and cold exposure therapy by utilising the plunge pool. We'll chill it as much as we can (some days are a challenge to our climate) and it will be ready for you to jump in.
Breath
Experience the feeling of flow and letting go and practicing purposeful breathing, ran by certified instructors who will guide you through each step of the breathwork. Breath in, hold, breath out, relax.
Nourish
Our longer experiences include locally sourced grazing and nourishment board - often including cheese, dips, fruits, nuts, crackers, and more (Based on season).
